KULINER GADO-GADO KHAS JAKARTA DAN JAWA BARAT


     Gado-gado is a traditional Indonesian food that comes from the island of Java that is especially Jakarta and West Java. Originally hodgepodge words not in the dictionary or from b.betawi b.indonesia. Betawi traditional foods origin is indeed very easy to find in the city of Jakarta. Very delicious taste of this hodgepodge peanut souce that is typical in the tongue of Indonesia. And the food is much-loved by the entire Indonesian society. And very fair if the food hodgepodge already spread all over diIndonesia. And most people sell this hodgepodge by a street just by using them in a way wheelbarrow mangakal or around the housing around the complex.
      And in this hodgepodge contents only in the form of vegetables such as spinach, potatoes, beans / chickpeas, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, carrots, eggs, cucumber (do not boil), melinjo, and crackers. Then spice contained therein is no recipe with 3 lime leaves so fragrant, 3 stalks lemongrass, 200ml water, 400ml coconut milk, then seasoning mashed only peanuts fried in advance so as not to feel raw, garlic, onion, brown sugar, soy sauce sweet and salt.

The food is also very suitable for people who like vegetarian because there is a lot of vegetables in this meal. In this healthy food does not have fat content results that much apart from crackers or garlic fries because they contain oil. But do not worry this will not affect your body to diet.
